High gloss coating, with extreme hydrophobic and protective qualities, repelling all forms of micro-organisms, contaminant, pollutants and soiling. Creates a hygienic, tough, easy to clean, low maintenance protective coating on the surface.

Use on all internal and external surfaces including equipment and facilities where protection against biological contaminants and ease of removal of pollutants is required.

MD is an environmentally sensitive coating which is easy to apply and gives exceptional hygienic protection to the surface.

MD is a unique treatment product principally designed for walls, doors, equipment and vertical surfaces (due to its ‘slippiness’ when wet should not be used on pedestrian walkways), suitable for use both inside and outside on:

Painted surfaces.
Vinyls.
Plastic and rubberised surfaces.
Wood and varnished surfaces.
Natural stone (limestone, marble, sandstone, slate).
Tiles and terra cotta.
Architectural and structural concrete.
Plaster and cement products.
Bricks, mortar and mineral coatings.
Metal and alloys.

MD is solvent free and can be used in sensitive areas where voc’s are problematic.
MD offers long lasting protection on porous surfaces without affecting the passage of water vapour (ensuring that these surfaces can ‘breathe’).

MD is an environmentally sensitive coating that will tightly bond to the substrate and will flex and stretch with structural changes without cracking or sparring.

MD can be supplied translucent or self coloured. MD can easily be applied to any surface with no special prior treatment such as a primer. MD is effective for approximately 10 years after application (subject to conditions and exposure).

After application MD will self level and cure to a high gloss ‘mirror’ attractive architectural finish.

Due to its extreme hydrophobic and repellent properties it is believed that MD will not support bactericidal or microbial growth thus has self disinfecting properties without any use of biocides. Research currently underway at three independent Universities to support this claim.

Ready to use solution, translucent or self coloured. No primer required.	Consumption depends on degree of porosity of the surface.
One treatment should last at least 10 years
Easy and safe to apply with a roller or brush.

Zero voc content - solvent free.
Self levelling after application to a high gloss architectural finish

MD is ready to use. Do not dilute before use.
Shake/stir the container well before use. On external surfaces apply in dry weather or in a period when rain is not predicted for 12 hours. Do not apply when temperature is less than 50C.
Ensure that the surface to be treated is clean, dust free and dry before applying the product.
Contact and cross contamination with solvent borne residues in application equipment must be avoided.
Apply with a roller or brush at recommended application rate. It will self level and create a high gloss mirror finish.
Drying time 4 hours. Full cure achieved in 7 days.
Wait for 1 to 7 days for best effect to be noticed.
